Flexibility, the highest quality and delivery reliability are decisive as far as our customers are concerned. By expanding our space, we have created the capacities we need to ensure this for all of the requests we receive. We ensure that our customers are not subjected

to bottlenecks, but that space is created.

Internally, the expansion enables components to be processed directly and with greater efficiency – taking the direct route.

We have continued to optimize our work processes with dedicated processing zones 

both for particular types of component and for coating procedures with a clear demarcation between processing and drying areas.

Numerous possibilities have especially been created for large components in order to ensure a fast and high quality processing.

When it comes to processing small parts, the overhead conveyor capacity has been lengthened by 500 metres so that it now has an overall length of 1,200 metres.

We can use this to efficiently process components with a weight of up to 0.5 tonnes.
The new hall heating is a guarantee for optimal temperatures for the coating process and short processing times.

We see ourselves as being a strategic partner for our customers and will continue to invest in the expansion of our production capacities. 31 crane installations which cover an area of 28,000m² currently ensure a trouble-free process.

The (new) hall spaces are equipped with a total of 18 spray stations which are connected to our thermal afterburning plant. This economical and ecological working method makes us the innovation leader in our branch.
