From very small to very large — there is almost no tasks which we cannot tackle.
We spray paint almost everything from small parts to excavator and crane elements which weigh up to 100 tonnes.

Our generally dimensioned production halls with the required crane systems provide us with the possibility of applying the following methods on a grand scale:

• Pot gun method
• Electrostatic spraying method
• Airless spraying method
• Air mix spraying method

In addition to nine spraying booths, we also have a 1,000 metre long overhead conveyor system which can be used to

move workpieces which weigh a maximum of two tonnes through the spraying process.

The drying process is carried out fast and cleanly in rooms which have a maximum temperature of 60°C.

One of our special areas is the spray painting of construction and mine vehicles.
